Your rights
You always have the right to request and review your personal data and you can:

- To have your personal data deleted
You can also ask to be removed from the database; you will no longer be contacted by us.
If you request to be removed or changes to be made, this will be done as soon as possible and at least within 30 days. Please send an e-mail with your request to: info@evrecruiter.com. Please include in the request:
- Your first and last name you want to change or delete
- Which changes you want to make or whether you want your information to be deleted.
Data collection
We collect the following data:
- Name and address details
- Date of birth
- E-mail and phonenumber
- All details from the candidate’s CV
- Training and educational details
- Current and former positions
- Salary details
- All information disclosed by the candidate during the job interview(s).
Use of the collected data
Your data will be used for recruitment activities only.
With your consent, your data will be kept for a maximum of 1 year after the last use. Without your consent your data will be removed within 4 weeks after the last use. If you wish to have your data removed earlier, you can send us an e-mail to info@evrecruiter.com.
Transfer of data to third parties
Your data will only be shared with third parties (clients) solely for recruitment activities, after your verbal or written consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent any time, without the prejudice to the lawfulness of the process before its withdrawal.
Process of collected data
The data is stored on EVrecruiter’s in-house servers and/or secure third-party servers. EVrecruiter treats personal data with the utmost care and we use technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data against infringement. In case of a data breach, we will immediately notify the individuals affected and we will report this infringement to the authorities. The dissemination of your personal data through data theft or data leakage cannot give rise to claims for damages against us.
Data is only processed by the consultants of EVrecruiter, all of the consultants are informed about the importance of protecting personal data and privacy.
Minors
We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years of age) if written consent has been given by the parent or legal representative.
Cookies
Our website evrecruiter.com uses cookies to collect data for research in order to learn more about our visitors. These are only non-personal and anonymous data, no personal information is tracked or passed on to Google or other third-parties. We do not track your IP address, nor do we use your non-personal and anonymous data for marketing or advertising.
