EVrecruiter is seeking a Technical Support Specialist eMobility (32-40 hrs) The client offers a complete and transparent supply service for electric vehicles from the very beginning. Together with the eMobility Manager you take care of the client from A to Z in the transition to electric vehicles.
What are your key responsibilities as a Technical Support Specialist?
- You independently take over the coordination and communication with our external service providers (e.g. installers)
- Advising customers on the implementation of eMobility and providing suitable solutions together with our sales colleagues is an essential part of your tasks
- You enjoy solving technical problems remotely and finding solutions to technical challenges in the field of eMobility for charging points and infrastructure
- Furthermore, you offer technical support during installation, commissioning and in the backend
Who are you?
- A degree in mechatronics/electrical engineering or you have relevant professional experience in electromobility
- Good knowledge of electrical installation
- Customer orientation, good communication skills and being able to work in a team
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of legislation and the attractive conditions for the installation of charging points on domestic and public connections
- Expertise in the field of vehicle charging infrastructure
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch (At least B2 level, both verbally and in writing)
- You have a critical eye on current processes with the aim of optimization
